Blog about your biggest time management challenge-is it oversleeping, spending too much time on a social network such as Facebook, juggling work and family responsibilities, or something else?
Unlike most teenagers, I cannot sleep in past 8:30 am, when I get the chance to sleep in. No matter how hard I try, I wake up naturally at that time. Since, I wake up that early, no one is on Facebook yet. To pass the time until everyone else in this world is awake, I listen to music. That is my worst time management problem; I can sit in front of my computer for hours, going through iTunes. If I happen to come across a song that I like, I will usually Google the lyrics for that song. Then if I like the lyrics, I Google the band and check out their stats. I never get tired of looking up the lyrics to my newly discovered songs. After I have looked up the lyrics several times, I find myself randomly saying them to friends or writing them down when I am supposed to be paying attention in class. If somehow I manage to do something (homework, cleaning, etc) while I am listening to music, it is a miracle. I guess someone could say I was addicted to listening to music. As strange as that is, it is true. This is one addiction that there is no rehab clinic for. There is no AMA (Addicted to Music Anonymous) meeting for people like me. I guess I will just have to learn to live with this unusual addiction to music.

I guess someone could say I was addicted to listening to music.
ReplyDeleteDon't change verb tense in your essay. The sentence should be, "I guess someone could say I am addicted to listening to music."
Overall a good essay. I really don't have a response to your addiction. I am listening to Pandora as I type this response, so perhaps we should start an AMA group. :-)
What exactly are you giving that cow? It looks like a cigar.
It is called a range cube. It has vitamins and minerals that the cows need.
